I-Avatars™ Methodology

1. What is the I-Avatars™ Method?

I-Avatars™ (Internal Avatars) is an innovative methodology that empowers you to identify, understand, and reframe deeply rooted emotional wounds by connecting with your inner self. These inner parts hold hidden pain and emotional memories that unconsciously shape your behaviors, relationships, and emotional well-being.

Through the I-Avatars™, you gain the ability to recognize these invisible wounds, name them clearly, and ultimately reclaim control over your emotional landscape. This approach harnesses the power of neuroplasticity - the brain’s natural ability to rewire and heal - allowing you to break free from harmful cycles, create lasting change, and cultivate a more joyful and balanced life.

2. How Was I-Avatars™ Created?

My own journey of overcoming personal emotional struggles, combined with extensive experience in coaching others, led me to create this transformative approach. As I explored and reframed my own Internal Avatar, I discovered a powerful way to reclaim my well-being and guide others to do the same.

I-Avatars™ emerged from a powerful blend of innovative insights from trauma experts and my own personal journey of reframing, drawing inspiration from pioneers such as:

  • Dr. Gabor Maté – Compassionate Inquiry & Mind-Body Healing

  • Dr. Peter Levine – Somatic Experiencing (SE)

  • Pete Walker – C-PTSD Recovery & Inner Critic Work

  • Dr. Daniel Siegel – Mindsight and Neuroplasticity

  • Dr. Bessel van der Kolk – Body-Based Trauma Healing

  • Richard C. Schwartz – Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Dr. John Bradshaw – Inner Child Healing

       and many others.

This method integrates deep psychological insight with practical self-discovery tools. Research shows that emotional memories are deeply stored in our bodies and minds, shaping our behaviors, health, and happiness long after painful events have passed.
